Privacy and cookies

[Name and contact details of the data controller to be added before launch.]

Your calculator inputs

The calculations run in your browser. What you type isn’t sent to us. Your inputs are added to the page address so a refresh or a shared link shows the same result. If you share that link, anyone who opens it sees those measurements.

Cookies

BuildSums doesn’t set any cookies at the moment. If we add advertising (such as Google AdSense) or analytics that use cookies, we’ll update this page and ask for your consent first, as UK law (UK GDPR and PECR) requires.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes basic request data, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.

Your rights

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
